Collect Payment :


From this screen, you can see list of payment collection records that are generated after dispatching the orders for home delivery.


Note: Collect payment function will work only for collecting payments for any orders that are taken for Home Delivery and are already dispatched to respective customer.  


In this guide we will show you how to collect payment for Dispatched goods for Home Delivery of an order from Android App.


  1. How to collect payment for an dispatched order?


To collect payment for an dispatched order, navigate to Menu > Transaction > Collect Payment.

  • Tap on collect payment from the list of Home delivery dispatches.  (see figure 1)
  • Select the payment for the dispatch for which payment needs to be collected.
  • It will take you to payment page.
  • Collect the payment from the respective payment modes that are available in the payment modes and the finish.  (see figure 2)
  • Invoice will be printed similarly from the way how we create an invoice.
