Pending Dispatches:


From this screen, you can see list of pending dispatches and how to do dispatch goods that are ordered from the customers for home delivery.


Note: Pending dispatches function will work only for any orders that are taken for Home Delivery.


In this guide we will show you how to do Dispatch goods for Home Delivery order from Android App.


  1. How to dispatch an Pending order?


To dispatch a pending order, navigate to Menu > Transaction > Pending dispatches.

  • Tap on dispatch from the list of pending dispatches. (see figure 1)
  • Select the order to be dispatched.
  • Then click on Dispatch. (see figure 1)
  • Select the delivery person. (see figure 2)
  • Enter vehicle number and E-Way Bill no and then save.  
  • Goods are been dispatched for the respective order number for the customer. (see figure 3)

2. How to check Pending dispatch history ?


To check pending dispatch order history, navigate to Menu> Transaction > Pending dispatches.


This will open the Pending dispatches history page, with the list of all the pending dispatches.

3. How to print or share the Pending Dispatch?


To print requisition order print option is not available however you can export it as PDF, tap the export icon  and select an option. (see figure 4)

Tap on Print if you want to print the dispatch , else tap on share to export as PDF if you want to export the dispatch as PDF and share.

Once the PDF report generates you can share the copy by Email,  Whatsapp or share it with any other applications that are compatible for sharing.
