Bank accounts
The various bank accounts used by an organization are listed in the bank account page. The information related to the bank such as IFSC Code, NEFT Code, MICR Code, IBAN Code, Address and phone of the bank branch etc can be saved in to the system here (see figure 1).

To add a bank account details click on the add button on the toolbar of the page. The following pop-up will appear. Enter the information as explained below and click on save once done (see figure 2).

Different fields in the pop up:
Organization Bank Account No : enter the bank account number for the organization
Phone : enter the phone number of the bank branch
MICR Code : enter the MICR code of the bank branch
Organization Branch : enter the branch of the organization
Branch Address : enter the corresponding branch address in which the account exists
Bank Name : enter the name of the bank in which the account exists
Active : the check-box is selected by default to indicate that the bank account is in use. A bank account can be declared not in use by de-selecting this box
Account Name : enter the name of the bank account holder or entity
Branch : enter the branch name of the bank where the account exists
IFSC Code : enter the IFSC Code of the bank branch
IBAN Code : enter the IBAN Code of the bank branch
Ledger : enter the ledger with which this bank account is related
Particulars : enter the particulars of the account
In order to edit an entry, you can click on the edit icon, which opens a pop up similar to that of the entry one, but in this the data remains added from the beginning. IF required, you can change these as per your necessity (see figure 3).
