Returns

For obvious reasons, most stores focus on practising good customer service specifically to enhance sales. But customer service doesn't end once a purchase is made. Or at least it shouldn't. As long as products are being sold, there will always be some returns. And, for many sellers, the process of handling product returns has been mostly on an ad hoc basis. However, many successful business organizations have realized that an effective product returns strategy can provide a number of benefits, such as improved customer service and customer knowledge, effective inventory management, and product dis positioning.

In Just Billing Android, only refund option is available. In Refund, the total bill amount can be refunded to the customer once the goods bought are returned.

Note: Return is possible only on those bills, which has been done against a saved customer. Or else, the bill will not appear in the list of refundable invoices.

Return is possible only on those products, which have been marked Return Allowed.

From this Screen you can view Returns history, filter returns, sort returns and also to create returns.

How to do Return?

Tap on the Menu on top left to navigate to Returns or It is also possible to return goods from billing screen by clicking on more option on the the top right corner in the billing screen and select eligible Invoices from the Return history page or Click on .

This will open a Window with the bills eligible for return. (see figure 1)

Tap on a bill. This will redirect you to the billing screen. Only the products specific to the selected bill will appear in the cart and product pane.(see figure 2)

Tap on Proceed. When you tap on Proceed, the app prompts you to choose refund the amount where you need to return the amount to customer. (see figure 3)

Return Invoice has been created. (see figure 4)
