Payment Terms


From this page you can define various payment terms for your business (see figure 1).

How to create Payment terms ?


1. Navigate to Payment terms page

2. To create a new payment term, click on (+) add, and enter the payment term name

3. Save the record (see figure 2).

How to create Payment rules ?


1. Navigate to payment terms page

2. To create Payment Term Rules, click on the (+) Add button provided on the tool bar of the Payment Term Rules section

3. Enter the following details

4. Save the record  (see figure 3).

Different fields available in this page are:


1. Percentage : enter the percentage with respect to the payment term

2. No. of Days : enter the number of days within which the payment is to be made

3. Stage : if you accept payments in installment or a certain percentage based on the time, it can be defined over here. For example, you can ask for 50% payment in advance before handing over the product  and the next 50% in the later stage
