Hold and Recall


Hold and recall buttons are available in button pane at the bottom(see figure 1).


1) Hold and Recall process:


An Invoice can be put on hold from the Hold button. After an Invoice is put on hold, it will disappear from the cart and you can continue processing the next Invoice in line. Next when the customer returns to the billing counter again, you can recall the Invoice and continue processing it (see figure 1).

a) How to put Invoice on Hold ?

In the billing screen, add items to the cart. Click on Hold (see figure 1).


b) How to recall Invoice?


From the Recall button, you can recall the sales Invoice that were previously put on hold previously. This will open a window with a list of Invoices that were put on Hold.


Select an invoice and click on OK to recall (see figure 2).

This will open the invoice in billing screen with the items of the Invoice added in the cart (see figure 3). You can then go on to collect the payment.
