Financial statements

You can view the financial statements for your business through this section. It helps generate automated reports for Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account based on the ledger postings recorded for the transactions occurring in the selected financial year (see figure 1).

You can choose which financial statement you would like to generate from this pop up - Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss. If you choose Trial Balance it will provide details on the same, which can be printed (see figure 2).

The only field in this page is the year, where you need to select the financial year for which you would like to generate the statement.
