Departments


From this page, users can View, Add and Edit the list of Departments (see figure 1). 


In this section you can see how to Add, Edit and Delete a Department.

How to create a new Department ? 


To create a new Department , you need to log into Just Billing Application in your desktop. 


1. Navigate the page to from Menu > Masters > Departments (see figure 2 ). 

2. Click on New+, Enter Department name 

3. Select discount rule from drop down 

4. Enter description  for the department 

8. Save the details

9. On saving, the Department reflects in the JB Windows application under the Departments page.

Note: Tax rates page added from Just billing application will get synced to JB cloud Back office by Auto Sync.


How to edit a Department ?  


1. Navigate the page to from Menu > Masters > Department

2. Select a Department from list of departments created

3. Click on Edit, Enter the details need to be Edited/ Updated 

4. Then Save the details 

5. On Saving, the Department page is updated and reflects in JB Windows application.

How to delete a Department ? 


1. Click on delete button or press Alt+D

2. Click on Yes to delete the Department, then the record will be deleted.

How to search a Department ? 


1. Place the cursor on search field

2. Enter the Department name of Department so that it will filter the results

3. Select the Department from the filtered results

Fields in this page are : 


  • Department : ( From this option you can enter department )
  • Discount rules : ( From this option you can select the discount rule )
  • Description : ( From this option you can enter the description of department )
