Customers - Consumer


From this page you can view the list of all the Customer consumers. You can also add new consumer, edit the existing ones and delete customer consumers when required other than Payment Collection (see figure 1).


Customer consumer is primarily for any type of Business to customer B2C.

How to create Customer consumer ?


1. Navigate to Customer consumer page

2. In order to add a new consumer, click on (+) Add button and enter the following details and save the record (see figure 2).

Different fields in this page are:


Details:-

  1. Salutation : enter an introductory obeisance against the name of your consumer
  2. First Name : enter the first name of the consumer
  3. Middle Name : enter the middle name of the consumer
  4. Last Name : enter the last name of the consumer
  5. Owner : data gets added automatically in this field based on login branch details
  6. Status : data gets added automatically by default as New, but can be changed as per requirement
  7. Loyalty Type : data gets added automatically by default as bronze
  8. Loyalty Card Number : enter the loyalty card number
  9. Date of Birth : enter the date of birth of the consumer
  10. Marital Status : enter the marital status of the consumer
  11. Anniversary : enter the anniversary of your consumers
  12. Credit Limit : enter the credit limit for the consumer
  13. Initial Outstanding Amount : enter the initial outstanding amount for the consumers

  1. Work Phone : enter work phone number of the consumer
  2. Alternate Phone : enter an alternate phone number of the consumer
  3. Work Fax : enter work fax number of the consumer
  4. Mobile Number : enter mobile number of the consumer
  5. Email : enter email of the consumer
  6. Alternate Email : enter alternate email of the consumer
  7. Facebook : enter the Facebook account id of the consumer
  8. Twitter : enter the Twitter account id of the consumer
  9. LinkedIn : enter the LinkedIn account id of the consumer
  10. Call Frequency : enter call frequency for the consumer
  11. Best Time to Call : enter when it is the best to call your consumer


Additional Information:-

  1. Country : enter the consumer's nationality
  2. State : enter the state that the consumer lives in
  3. City : enter the city that the consumer lives in
  4. Area : enter the area - locality for the consumer
  5. Zip Code : enter the zip code of the area
  6. Number/Street : enter the number/street name with respect to the address
  7. Description : enter the description of the consumer


Note: Payment collection for any corporate customer can be done in Android as well as from back office - either Cash, Card or any one of the other payment options available.
