Customer Promotion


From this screen, you can send promotional email or sms to your customer. Two modes of promotions are available in the Just Billing app - SMS and Email.

1. How to start promotions?


To start a promotion, navigate to Menu > Transaction > Customer Promotion. (see figure 1)


When you tap on Customer Promotion, a message box opens prompting you to select the mode for promotion - SMS or Email. (see figure 2)

Sending Promotional message through SMS :


  • On selecting SMS, the Customer Promotion page opens.
  • Select the customers to whom you would like to send promotional SMS by checking the customer check boxes.
  • Tap on Message icon to open customer promotion page. (see figure 3)
  • Enter body for SMS and Send. (see figure 4)

Sending Promotional message through Email :


  • On selecting Email, the Customer Promotion page will open.
  • Tap on the customers to whom you would like to send the promotional Email. (see figure 5)
  • Enter email subject and body, and Send. (see figure 6)

Note: Promotional emails can be sent only to those customers whose emails are captured in the system. Customers with no email will not appear in this list.


2. How to use more option?


  • Tap on the More icon and select an option based on which customers will be selected to whom the promotional SMS and Email will be sent. Options available are:


  1. Select All
  2. Un-select All
  3. Gold
  4. Platinum
  5. Silver
  6. Bronze


Tap on Select All if you want to send promotional SMS or Email to all the customers.
If you selected all the customers by mistake, tap to Un-select All.

If you want to send the promotional sms/email based on a customer loyalty type choose the loyalty type (Gold/Platinum/Silver/Bronze) from the list.
