Customer Promotion

From this screen, you can send promotional email to your customer.

1. How to start promotions?

To start a promotion, navigate to Menu > Transaction > Customer Promotion. (see figure 1)

Sending Promotional message through Email :

On selecting Email, the Customer Promotion page will open.
Tap on the customers to whom you would like to send the promotional Email. (see figure 1)
Enter email subject and body, and Send. (see figure 2)

Note: Promotional emails can be sent only to those customers whose emails are captured in the system. Customers with no email will not appear in this list.
