Customer Feedback


From this screen, you can enter customer feedback received for goods/services sold.

1. How to add customer feedback?


  • Navigate to Menu > Transaction > Customer Feedback.
  • Tap on add icon . Select the customer name and Select Invoice No, Feed Back ( Write Feedback if any ). (see figure 1)
  • Select the bill no and emoji, and Save. (see figure 2)

Note: Only feedback for existent customers can be added.


2. How to edit customer feedback?


  • Select a feedback by tapping on it, edit details and Save. (see figure 3)
