You can create agents from this page (see figure 1). Examples of agents are persons who delivers orders to customer's door step.

How to create Agents ?

1. Navigate to Agents page

2. In order to add a new agent, click on (+) Add button

3. Enter the following details and save the record (see figure 2).

Different fields in this page are:


Contact Details:-


  1. Salutation : you can add introductory obeisance to the name
  2. First Name : here you can capture information in relation to agent names
  3. Middle Name : here you can capture information in relation to agent middle name
  4. Last Name : here you can capture information in relation to agent last name
  5. Owner : data gets added automatically in this field based on login branch details
  6. Status : data gets added automatically by default as new, but can be changed as per requirement
  7. Date of Birth : here you can capture information on the date of birth of the agent
  8. Marital Status : here you can capture information on the marital status of the agent
  9. Anniversary : here you can capture information on anniversary of the agent
  10. Credit Limit : here you can assign information related to credit limit
  11. Credit Days : here you can assign credit days for the Agent
  12. Commission Rate : here you can capture information related to commission rate of the agent
  13. Working Zone : here you can assign agent to an working zone
