You can create agents from this page (see figure 1). Examples of agents are persons who delivers orders to customer's door step.

How to create Agents ?
1. Navigate to Agents page
2. In order to add a new agent, click on (+) Add button
3. Enter the following details and save the record (see figure 2).

Different fields in this page are:
Contact Details:-
- Salutation : you can add introductory obeisance to the name
- First Name : here you can capture information in relation to agent names
- Middle Name : here you can capture information in relation to agent middle name
- Last Name : here you can capture information in relation to agent last name
- Owner : data gets added automatically in this field based on login branch details
- Status : data gets added automatically by default as new, but can be changed as per requirement
- Date of Birth : here you can capture information on the date of birth of the agent
- Marital Status : here you can capture information on the marital status of the agent
- Anniversary : here you can capture information on anniversary of the agent
- Credit Limit : here you can assign information related to credit limit
- Credit Days : here you can assign credit days for the Agent
- Commission Rate : here you can capture information related to commission rate of the agent
- Working Zone : here you can assign agent to an working zone

- Alternate Phone : here you can capture information in relation to alternate phone

- Best Time to Call : here you can manage information in relation to the time when it is best to call the agent

- Country : here you can capture information of the agent's nationality
- State : here you can capture information regarding the state that an agent lives in
- City : this field allows you to capture information on the city
- Area : here you can capture information regarding the locality
- Zip Code : here you can capture information on the zip code of the area
- Number/Street : here you can capture information on the street or house number of the agent
- Description : here you can capture description of the agent
