Diagnostics : This page will take you through various system Diagnostics.
- Database size : From this page it will let you see the total database size.
- Available free memory : From this page it will let you see total available free memory.
- Average memory size : From this page it will show you average memory usage.
- Total Data consumption : From this page it will show you total data consumption by the application.
- Available free internal storage : From this page it will show you available free memory with in the device.
- Server connectivity : From this page it will show you connectivity between the application and server.
- Show device information : From this page it will show you the device information like device ID, Mode Manufacturer, API Version and JB Software version.
- Logs : From this page it will show you the logs of the application. this page will also enable you to the share the log information via Email, Whatsapp etc.
- Audit trial : From this page it will show you the Audit trail information of various Transaction or Edits.
- Back Up : From this page it will take you to Back up page where you can take a back up locally.
- App Maintenance : From this page it will take you to App maintenance page. Where you will be able to Sync various data by forcing them.
a) Apply Patch : From this page it will let us to apply patches to make sure that system is up and running for specific updates. ( on special concerns )
b) Clear Data : From this page it will let to clear data in two ways.
Clear Transactional Data : This option will let you clear all only transactional data.
Clear All data : This option will let you clear all data from the application.

How to clear data from Just Billing Retail Free version ?
For the lite & free version, data has to be cleared directly from the app/application. Please follow the below steps to clear the data as per your requirement.
Note – Proceed cautiously while performing clear data process. Once you proceed it cannot be reverted.
Android App
1. Login to the Just Billing app.
2. Navigate to the Diagnostics screen (Menu>Settings>Diagnostics).
3. Click on the App Maintenance option.
4. On the next screen, click on the Clear Data option.
5. Now on the next screen, a couple of options will be visible – Clear All Data&Clear Transactional Data.
Clear All Data – This will clear all the data from the application including all the master and transaction data.
Clear Transactional Data – This will clear only the transaction data from the application. Transaction data includes data related to sales, purchase, inventory, etc.
6. Select the appropriate option and click on Proceedbutton. Click on OK for the confirmation message that is displayed on the screen.
7. After you click on ok, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile no. & email id.
8. Enter the OTP received in the pop up displayed on the screen and click on the OK button.
9. Once you click on ok in the app then it will start the process of deleting the data. A message will be displayed after the process is complete.
