From this page you can view various diagnostics information for Just Billing Application.
Stated below are the options that can be available in Diagnostics page :
1. Last Sync time : From this option you can view last sync time for download and upload. It will also show connection status with the server.
2. Show device information : From this option you can view Device information
3. Log Details : From this option you can view log details of the application
4. Application Maintenance : From this option you can view Application maintenance, From this option you can clear all data or you can clear transactional data which is explained below in detail.
5. Audit trial : From this option you can view audit trial of the Just Billing application
6. Release notes : From this option you can see latest update release notes of Just Billing application
7. Application Patch : From this option it is possible to apply patches of Software in any critical scenario our support team will do occasionally.

Application Maintenance : This option is used to Clear all data or clear all Transactional data.
In Just Billing Application you can clear all data or clear only transactional data where in if you select clear data means it will clear all the data which is available in the Just Billing Application with respect to masters as well as Transactions. Similarly when you select on clear Transactional data it will clear all Transactional data which you have done in Just Billing Application on that particular day.
How to clear data from Just Billing Retail Free version ?
For the lite & free version, data has to be cleared directly from the app/application. Please follow the below steps to clear the data as per your requirement.
Note – Proceed cautiously while performing clear data process. Once you proceed it cannot be reverted.
1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to the Diagnosticsscreen (Menu>Settings>Diagnostics).
3. Click on the Application Maintenance button on the left of the screen.
4. Now on the right side of the screen, a couple of buttons will be visible – Clear All Data&Clear Only Transactional Data.
Clear All Data – This will clear all the data from the application including all the master and transaction data.
Clear Only Transactional Data – This will clear only the transaction data from the application. Transaction data includes data related to sales, purchase, inventory, etc.
5. Select the appropriate option and click on Yes for the confirmation message that is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
6. After you click on yes, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile no. & email id.
7. Enter the OTP received in the pop up displayed on the screen and click on the Activate button.
8. After that application will start the process of deleting the data. A message will be displayed after the process is complete.
