Users
From this page the admin user can define new roles essential for managing the everyday business in the store.
How to create a new User ?
To create a new User, you need to log into Just Billing Application in your desktop.
1. Navigate the page to from Menu > Configuration > Users (see figure 2).
2. Click on + Add,
3. Enter User name and Password
4. Enter User name
5. Select Role Type from Manager, Cashier, and Chef and Select Access level as Branch
6. Enter Mobile Number, Alternate Phone number
7. Select Activation date and expiration date if any
8. Enter Particulars of the User
9. Check the button as enabled to make the user active
10. Then Save the details
11. On saving, the User reflects in the JB Windows application under the Users page

Overall fields in this page are :
- User name : ( This field is to enter User name for login )
- Password : ( This field is to enter Password for the user to login
- Name : ( This field is to enter user name )
- Role : ( This field is to select User role )
- Access level : ( This field is to enter access level )
- Email : ( This field is to enter Email address )
- Mobile number : ( This field is to enter Mobile number )
- Phone number : ( This field is to enter Phone number )
- Activate date : ( This field is to select Activation date )
- Expiration date : ( This field is to select Expiration date )
- Particulars : ( This field is to enter User particulars )
