User Management
From this screen can add new users and assign them the Cashier role. The Administrator user is created during subscription of the app.
From this page it will help us create different type of users to create for the Application.
By Default Just Billing has three types of users for different roles :
1. Cashier : From this page you can create an user for cashier role.
2. Manager : From this page you can create an user for manager role.
Note : All types of users can be created only with Admin login credentials.
- How to add a new user?
Navigate to Settings > User Management.
- Tap on add icon
. (See Figure 1)
- Enter user details, select role from the list ( Cashier, Manager and Chef ) and then Save. (See Figure 2&3)

1. Cashier Role : If we assign an user for cashier role then user will be able to access to do only transactions and will be able to see reports that are assigned to specific type of user role.
2. Manager : If we assign an user for manager role then user will be able to access to do transactions, can edit masters, and also can do stock transfers, RO, GRN to different branches and vis versa with in the organisation that are assigned to specific type of user role.
Note : It is also possible to edit the user role at any time to change the user role when ever required by the Admin credentials.
3. Chef : If we assign an user for chef role then user will be able to see KOT Screen which is kept in the Kitchen where he can see the list of orders that are coming to respective kitchen. He can also clear the orders that are prepared and ready to serve.
2. How to Edit an user?
Navigate to Settings > User Management.
- Select the existing user.
- Edit the user details by selecting different roles from the list ( Cashier. Manager and Chef ) and then Save.
