Sales Settings


This screen shows the sales settings. (See Figure 1)


From this we can configure various options for sales settings from the list below :


1. Default sales order type : This page will enable you select default sales order type from the list.

2. Purchase order type : This page will enable you to select default purchase order type from the list.

3. Default price catalog : This page can be configured from Back office for professional version of the Just Billing App.

4. Discount : This page can be configured from Back office for professional version of the Just Billing App.

5. Tax Group : This page can be configured from Back office for professional version of the Just Billing App.

6. Rounding Method : This page will enable to rounding of fractional values.  

7. Show quantity pop up on product : This page will enable you to show the product quantity pop up of an product by switching on and off.  

8. Check product stock availability before billing : This page will enable you to check the product stock availability before billing by switching on and off.

9. Need to update price while recalling : This page will enable to update price of goods or services while recalling by switch on and off.

10. On line billing : From this page you can enable online billing by switching on and off.

     Note : To enable on-line billing requires internet connection.

11. Bar code Scanner Type : From this page you can configure Barcode scanner. (See Figure 2)



Choose the scanner type from the option - None, Camera Barcode Scanner and OTG Barcode Scanner, and Save.


  1. If you choose none, Nothing will act as Barcode scanner.


  1. If you choose the Camera Barcode Scanner, the camera of the device on which you are using Just Billing, works as the scanner.


  1. If you choose OTG Barcode Scanner, the scanning device will have to be used for scanning the products.

For scanning products via barcode scanner, it is necessary to generate barcode for products. And to scan via OTG Barcode Scanner, it is necessary to first connect the scanning device to the device on which you are using Just Billing.


12. Choose Default Billing Mode: From this page you can configure default billing mode from Touch Screen, Barcode, and Voice.(See Figure 3)
