Customer order queue


From this page, you can have detailed view of the orders that are yet to be delivered. Different details shown in this page are the order no and the KOT number (see figure 1).

Once an order is marked as Completed on the KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) screen, it will appear in the Customer Order Queue screen for tracking and delivery.

The Customer Order Queue is automatically refreshed every 1 minute to display the most up-to-date order statuses. Orders listed in the queue will be automatically closed after 5 minutes.
