CRM Settings

This screen shows the CRM settings.

There are different pre configured CRM settings are available in Just Billing where you can switch on and Switch off the button to configure CRM Settings from the list.

1. Capture customer details while invoicing : This page will enable you to capture customer information before creating invoice by switching on and off.

2. Select only existing customers while billing : This page will enable you to select only existing customers while creating invoice by switching on and off.

3. Show feedback after invoice : This page will enable show feedback option after creating invoice by switching on and off.

4. Promotion SMS : This page will enable to configure promotional SMS Package.  

5. Customization :  This page will enable to customize the type of customer from B2B and B2C.
