Agent Schedules
In Distribution Channel of Business it is always necessary for Distributor to more frequently visit there customers for the purpose of taking orders, Creating Invoices, Payment collection or Dispatch of ordered goods to respective customers. Agent Schedule is the process where we can create and assign a Schedule to go market for specific customers for specific purposes.
From this screen, you can create and assign Schedules for the various Agents with in the Distribution network.
1. How to add Agent schedules ?
Navigate to Menu > Masters > Agent Schedules.
- Tap on the Add icon
- Select the Agent from the list of Agents that are already added.
- Select the Customer name from the list of customers for which Agent needs to go for market.
- Select From and To Date of Schedule.
- There will be Toggle check button which remains unchecked at the time of creating Agent schedule and then Save.
- When Agent once visit the customer to fulfill specific needs of the customer then he can check the toggle button as completed.
- and then Save.
